Mr Idris said during the inauguration in Argungu that the road, a dual carriageway, would gulp over N7.23 billion.

Following the approval of the supplementary appropriation bill, the cumulative budget 2024 for Kebbi stood at N303.7 billion.
Governor Nasir Idris flagged off the disbursement exercise by operating a Point of Sale (PoS) to the targeted beneficiaries in Birnin Kebbi on Monday.
The minister lamented that the flooding had affected many local governments.
He said the drugs would last through the target period of patients’ treatment.
”With the level of achievements recorded by this administration, I am confident that APC will triumph at the polls,” said Mr Idris.
Mr Idris informed the school authorities that his administration would offer a helping hand in the refurbishment of some of its structures.
“We made a similar distribution last year, which facilitated bumper harvest in the state.’’
