The NAHCON commissioner said the commission decided to create spaces for intending pilgrims so that they could have enough time to come and pay their money.
Mr Labbo said that the board distributed the state’s allocation of 1,518 hajj seats to the 27 LGAs for onward sales to intending pilgrims.
The Kaduna State Pilgrims Agency has confirmed that intending pilgrims for the 2025 Hajj exercise will pay a fare of N8.4 million.
Mr Usman also said intending pilgrims from the northern zone would pay N8.4 million as Hajj fare for the 2025 pilgrimage in Saudi Arabia.
Governor Abba Yusuf has urged President Bola Tinubu’s government to reduce the 2025 Hajj fare to enable intending pilgrims to perform the exercise.
The commission’s assistant director of information and publications division, Fatima Sanda-Usara, said this in a statement on Wednesday.
The National Hajj Commission of Nigeria says it is committed to conducting a hitch-free 2025 Hajj operation.

NAHCON stated that the delay in resolving certain financial issues stemmed from the complexities of hajj operations.
Mr Musa said that the issue raised concerns about the management of funds by the National Hajj Commission of Nigeria.
