The APC chieftain said the order granted by the judge raised questions about the court hierarchy, which the NJC must answer.
The Code of Conduct Tribunal had in 2019 convicted Mr Onnoghen in all the six-count charges of breach of the Code of Conduct for Public Officers.
“The judges should desist from performing executive functions assigned to them by the governor of Kano state in courtrooms meant to adjudicate disputes,” the court ruled.
