The commission said retirees aged 60 and above who earn monthly pensions below N70,000 are eligible for the pilot programme.
The association called on its members to remain united.
Mr Buwai said PenCom has achieved promptness in the remittance of accrued pension rights, following sustained reforms and improvements to its remittance systems.
Mr Osifo said that many retirees under the defined benefit schemes were struggling due to stagnant pensions.
MS Oloworaran said, ““Every naira deducted by employers must be remitted.”
Ms Oloworaran explained that the CPS had continued to demonstrate sustainability and resilience since its inception.
Ms Oloworaran said that the contributors would also access their benefits in dollars, except they elect to do otherwise.
Mr Egbetokun reiterated his commitment to constructive engagement to maintain public confidence in the force.
According to her, the persistent issue of delayed payments is due to the delay in payment of accrued rights.
According to him, once there is an increase in the salary of workers, pensioners must also be included.
