A park management committee has consequently been appointed to man all motor parks in the state.
The House made the clarification as controversies continue to brew over the crisis rocking the Lagos State branch of the National Union of Road Transport Workers (NURTW).
MC Oluomo had earlier announced a pull out of his gang from NURTW, urging the Lagos government to set up park management team.
Mr Akinsanya was earlier suspended by the national body of the union on grounds of insubordination and incitement to violence.
MC Oluomo’s suspension was contained in a letter signed by the general secretary of the NURTW, Kabiru Yau, accusing him of incitement to violence.
He was further remand for 30 days pending advice from the Lagos state public prosecutors office.
The Yaba Chief Magistrates’ Court remanded Azeez Adekunle Lawal, aka Kunle Poly, in custody for 30 days over the Idumota violence.
Kunle Poly and Tafa Sego who are currently in police custody have been transferred to Zone II, Onikan, Lagos for further investigation.
Now viral footage of the clash showed the hoodlums using machetes against themselves.
The NURTW says the N800 consolidated levy would not deprive the union of collecting its normal statutory levy.
