“We don’t want anybody to come here after the elections and start crying and laying blame on us for our failures. I will not listen to that. This is the time to unite.”
Mr Ologunagba, who commended the judiciary for its courage, added that the judgment had further restored the confidence of Nigerians on the judicial system.
Mr Ologunagba said the exercise would be held at PDP National Secretariat, Wadata Plaza, Abuja on Thursday at 10:00 a.m.
State House of Assembly primary will be held on Saturday June 4 while governorship primary will be held on Sunday June 5.
The former Anambra governor was not joined in the suit, but the tussle could imperil the faction that nominated him as its presidential candidate last week.
The statement said that the NWC cancelled the primaries after extensive consultations, deliberations and reviews of all issues.
The PDP had earlier held a primary election on Sunday, where Olayemi Toviho was declared the winner.
The PDP chairman in Lagos state, Philips Aivoji, alleged that the ad hoc delegates list brought by the electoral committees for both primaries had been compromised.
All other elective positions were tampered with except that of governorship and senate positions.
“But we have noticed the unwillingness on the part of the NWC and the national chairman to proceed.”
