The Abuja Division of the Federal High Court declared Samuel Anyanwu as the valid national secretary of the PDP.
Debo Ologunagba, the party’s national publicity Secretary, who signed the copy of the statement, declared Mr Adams’ suspension null and void.
“We must address this issue by establishing more schools, recruiting teachers, and providing at least one meal a day for the school children,” said Mr Tinubu.
The APC national chairman added that the party also had the responsibility of showcasing the government’s achievements to the people.
Mr Onwuekelu said that Mr Akunyili was unanimously chosen by the party faithful in the state.
Mr Ologunagba urged all PDP members and supporters in the state to be calm.
The Ondo State House of Assembly had served Mr Aiyedatiwa notice of impeachment over allegations of gross misconduct.
The court had recently disqualified the APC candidate, Timipre Sylva, from contesting in the upcoming November 11 governorship election.
The party issued the statement after a group had claimed that its NWC had relieved Mr Anyanwu of his elected position as national secretary.
He also ordered an injunction restraining them from appointing any person or group of persons as interim caretaker committee in the state until May 22, 2024.
