Mr Ologunagba said that the NWC took the decision after extensive deliberation on issues relating to the Katsina State chapter of the party.
The party said that a suspension letter on social media, purportedly signed by its national chairman, Iyorchia Ayu, was a fake.
The apex court ruled that the judgement of the appellate court which set aside the decision of the high court should not be tampered with.
The Supreme Court recently declared Ikechi Emenike as the authentic APC Abia governorship candidate for the March 11 polls.
In a statement by its national organising secretary, Umar Bature, the party said the new dates are from February 13 to March 1.
The decision of the NWC is sequel to the recommendation of the National Disciplinary Committee and pursuant to Sections 58 and 59 (1)(g) of the PDP Constitution (as amended in 2017).

A caretaker committee, to be chaired by Arch. Sadiq Obanoyen, was appointed to run the affairs of the party in the State for a period of three months.
The party scribe said a caretaker committee would be appointed to take charge of the party’s activities in Ogun State pending further recommendations.
