NDLEA spokesman Femi Babafemi said in a statement on Sunday that the suspect was nabbed three weeks after escaping arrest at his home.
Mr Babafemi said operatives uncovered the drugs at the export shed of the Murtala Muhammed International Airport (MMIA) in Ikeja, Lagos.
Mr Babafemi added that this followed weeks of intelligence and surveillance on their criminal networks.
Mr Babafemi said the consignment was found in his Honda Pilot jeep from Osogbo and heading to Katsina State.
Mr Babafemi said the NDLEA operatives in Adamawa conducted three raids, with two suspects arrested in parts of the state.
Mr Marwa said the agency would prioritise tackling those who target the productive youth population with illicit substances.
In Anambra State, a couple was arrested during a raid operation at Obosi, where 13.9kg Methamphetamine and 5.3kg skunk were recovered from them.
NDLEA spokesman Femi Babafemi said 160,200 bottles of codeine-based syrup were discovered in a 40ft container on Thursday, September 4.
In another raid in Lagos on Friday, September 5, a couple was arrested with 24.4kg of skunk.
Mr Babafemi said the operatives recovered various quantities of Colorado, Loud, Arizona, and skunk, all strains of cannabis, as well as Methamphetamine from her.
