NAFDAC has alerted Nigerians on counterfeit and unregistered Cerelac Mixed Fruits and Wheat products being sold in Lagos.
Ms Egbebi said all Nestlé infant formula products sold locally were officially registered with the National Agency for Food and Drug Administration and Control.
“We are working to ensure harmonisation of taxes and levies to reduce the incidence of double taxation,” said the commissioner.
The All-Share Index shed 0.18 per cent to settle at 103,952.47, as against 104,136.35 recorded on Monday.
The market breadth closed negative with 21 losers as against 19 gainers.
The bearish trend on the Nigerian stock market was halted with a N382 billion growth on Wednesday.
