Mr Barandao said electricity demand in Togo had surged due to new consumers, especially in industrial and commercial sectors.

The federal government has inaugurated an 11-member project delivery committee to bring the Aluminium Smelter Company of Nigeria into full operation.
Mr Mutfwang said that the initiative would stimulate industrialisation and enhance business activities across the state.
“The only obligation government has is to provide the enabling environment for it to be made available,” Mr Omo-Agege said.
