The EFCC commander requested the support of the NSCDC in fighting the menace of illegal miners and the activities of hoodlums, which could lead to economic sabotage.
The EFCC chief saying it is part of their responsibility to check corruption and preserve sources through which government generate revenue.
Mr Audi said the corps had instituted a panel of inquiry on the situation.
The state’s education commissioner said the schools were closed after the state received an intelligence report about possible attacks.
Mr Audi advised the unit to remain focused, resilient and committed to the security of schools, the protection of students and staff.
Mr Dada explained that Bello was a high profile bandit, who terrorise people of Tureta, Dange-Shuni and parts of Silame and Binji Local Government areas of the state.
“The corps is known for integrity in service delivery and nothing short of that will be given to the good people of the state,” said the NSCDC commandant.
“It is also an intervention from the federal government and the corps to assist the deceased family and to cater for some burial expenses.”
