The aeroplane had a tyre burst on landing roll.
Mr Nuhu said the incident led to the damage of the aircraft’s blade, adding that the airline’s engineers were currently fixing the damaged part of the aircraft.
The Nigerian government had in March 2021 banned the airline from operating in the country over its continuous refusal to fly passengers without a pre-boarding rapid diagnostic test.
The NCAA DG said flight operations were limited to daytime, but full approval will be granted when the runway lights are fully installed.
The suspension was to enable the authority conduct an audit of the airline to determine the root cause(s) of the incidents, and recommend corrective actions to forestall recurrence.

The D-G said that NCAA had received a Continued Airworthiness Notification to the International Community (CANIC) CAN-2020-24.
“In 2019, we realised $282.36m, and in 2020, we made, $151m bringing the percentage of our losses to 46.9 per cent.”
The Emirati carrier was suspended on Friday.
