The spokesperson said that the service also collected N15.8 billion in excise duties.
The programme is a trade facilitation concept driven globally by the World Trade Organisation (WTO).
The area controller of MMAC, Michael Awe, said the amount doubled the N38.7 billion revenue generated in the first half of 2023.
“In most instances, petroleum products were diverted to neighbouring countries.”

The GOC said the workshop was organised to ensure that skill-set of participants was sharpened.
“So, we also need to fortify and enhance our presence to check those who may want to try smuggling through our waters,” he said.
The acting comptroller general of customs, Adewale Adeniyi, said the seizures occurred at various times and locations within the border corridors of the South-West states.
Mr Adeniyi, who holds a master’s degree in communication management, once served as Customs spokesperson between June 2002 to May 2011.
Mr Oramalugo also said 70 packs of tramadol 225mg and 260 diazepam tablets, 5mg, were found by the patrol team on June 5, abandoned along a footpath in Kamba-Rijiyar Maikafi bush.
