The Nigerian Ports Authority (NPA) stated this in its “Shipping Position” publication on Thursday in Lagos.
It stated that 20 other ships are at the ports discharging containers.
Thirty-six other ships, laden with petroleum products, food items and other goods are expected to arrive the Lagos ports between Tuesday and May 15.
The vessels are expected to arrive from May 11 to May 15.
Ms Audu said the exercise was expected to improve traffic management at the Lagos port corridor.
Eight out of the 29 ships will discharge petrol, diesel, bulk gas and aviation fuel.
Forty-six ships laden with petroleum products, food items and other goods were expected in Apapa, Lekki and Tin-Can Island ports from April 30 to May 10.
The NPA said 44 ships are expected at the ports between April 10 and April 15.
He stated that all revenues generated by the NPA are paid directly into the TSA.
Mr Ebosele recalled that many initial agreements had durations ranging from 10 years to 25 years.
