The Senate President said the upper chamber will work with revenue-generating agencies “to have more revenues in order to reduce the level of borrowing.”
The association reiterated that the e-call-up system had failed to solve the problems “rather it is a major means of extortion.”
The NPA said 22 other ships were discharging buckwheat, general cargo, containers, bulk fertiliser, bulk sugar, soda ash and petrol.
Other items that the ships contain includes general cargo, bulk sugar, base oil, bulk wheat, bulk urea, petrol, frozen fish, and ethanol.
