Abubakar Wase, the general officer commanding 1 Division, has reiterated the importance of synergy among security agencies and stakeholders.
According to him, the solid mineral sector was now pivotal in Nigeria`s economy.
He said the agency had collaborated with relevant stakeholders to ensure an effective response system.
Mrs Sipasi-Aluko led the operation in collaboration with the Federal Mines Task Force and the Nigerian Security and Civil Defence Corps.

The commandant begged residents in the state to always volunteer information on suspected criminals to the corps and other security agencies for necessary action.

Mr Shiisu stated that five indigenous herders suspected to have invited the invading herders were arrested.
