The prosecutor said that the duo fraudulently converted the said sum to their own use without the consent of the owner, Damilola Olaoye.
Mr Akinloye said that the defendants disrespected court judgment in suit number I/ 671/1969, by forcefully entering a land after judgment had been executed.
The magistrate gave him an option of paying a fine of N250,000.
