The bill has passed its second reading in the National Assembly.
On Thursday, the House of Representatives backed a bill for an act to enact Child Online Access Protection.
Rep Olumide Osoba, said the current system often falls short in adequately protecting the rights of upcoming musicians.
In his ruling, Speaker Tajudeen Abbas emphasised the importance of smooth participation by the team at the 2023 Women’s World Cup.
Mr Olumide Osoba polled 43,446 votes to defeat his closest rival, Yemi Coker of the PDP, who scored 19,699 votes.
