“Terror-related deaths are down by 81 per cent since 2015,” Mr Tinubu said. “Over 13,000 terrorists have been neutralised in the past year.”
Ms Gambo reassured the repentant terrorists that Borno was ready to reintegrate them into society with dignity.
The CDS stated that more than 120,000 insurgents and their families had surrendered since the inception of the programme.
