Mr Adebayo was redeployed from Cross River to take over the mantle of leadership in Kwara.
He said the command had concluded plans to effectively secure residents and good citizens alike.

The 33-year-old father and suspect hails from Ede in Osun and resides in the Olodo area of Ibadan.
The suspects arrested by the anti-drug agency comprise 253 males and 43 females within the age range of 17 and 70 years.
The agency said a total of 79 illegal migrants were repatriated by its Oyo command between October to December.
The money was recovered by the corps’ anti-fraud unit, while the cases were resolved by the peace and conflict management unit through alternative dispute resolution.
