The seven-man panel of justices led by Justice Inyang Okoro said the date for judgment would be communicated to the parties.
The appellants have now lost three days from the two-week period they have to file briefs before the nation’s highest court.
“I express respect for the court’s views and rulings but openly disagree with the judgment’s rationale and final conclusions,” he said.
“If anybody has won today it is the democracy and the people.”
“We are not going to retire him to Dubai or Morocco. I will retire him to Fombina. I will buy him goats, broilers and layers.”
The PDP said, “Indeed, the judgment is generous in technicalities and very short in delivering substantial justice in the matter.”
The threats, either through Counsel or officials of the APC, are calculated to intimidate and harass the judiciary and indeed, Nigerians.
The court accepted and adjourned until June 22.
The documents are mainly results sheets and reports used by INEC during the presidential election.
The video clips are an interviews with INEC chairman Mahmood Yakubu and Festus Okoye, INEC’s National Commissioner and Chairman of the Information and Voter Education.
