Yiaga advanced that appeals on pre-election matters related to national and state assemblies should terminate at the Court of Appeal.
The CSOs said the polls was marred by poor organisation, logistical and operational failure, lack of transparency, disruption of voting, and violence.
The party also appreciated Enugu people for believing in the party and showing the courage to say no to misrule with their Permanent Voters Cards (PVCs).
It is unclear whether the public can expect an upturn of Mr Tinubu’s widely criticised win, however, the margin of lead argument poses a threat to his camp.
”If you are caught engaging in such (an) act, you will be severely dealt with according to the laid-down principles of the law.”
The governor said his administration was ready to do whatever it could to alleviate the sufferings of the masses.
The voters, especially new registrants, thronged designated INEC offices on Tuesday and in the early hours of Wednesday in large numbers.
Governor Rotimi Akeredolu said the directive followed the “low rate” of collection of PVCs in the South-West.
“In furtherance to the foregoing, council enjoins governors of all APC controlled states to declare Tuesday, 24th January 2023 as a work-free day.”
The deadline for PVC collection was earlier scheduled for January 22, before now being extended to January 29.
