Operatives busted the kidnapper’s hideout on Thursday night.
Mr Adedotun Clement was assaulted on October 20, 2021, by officials of the Lagos State Neighborhood Safety Agency and police officers at the Lekki Tollgate.
The suspects, alleged to also be cultists, were intercepted by police officers during a stop and search operation on Saturday.
Crisis was said to have started when some cultists abducted a memeber of a rival cult group.
Sporadic shots from the killer cop ripped the intestines of one survivor, amputated another and broke the neck of the third victim.
The police spokesman said that the suspect had been arraigned in court upon conclusion of investigation and had been remanded in Enugu Custodial Centre.
In the lone accident around the Mushin axis of the state, the empty tank went up in flames after the driver suddenly lost control due to reckless driving.

The defendant confessed to the crime, but pleaded not guilty to the charge.
