The police command in Borno State has re-arrested Kyari Kur, a convict who escaped from the Medium Security Custodial Centre in Maiduguri
Chief Magistrate Musa Adamu ordered that the defendants of Makama B ward, Yola Town, be remanded at the correctional facility until October 21.
Magistrate E. Kubrinhe remanded Mr Ukpebor in Kirikiri Correctional Centre’s custody, where he will be until his August 13 trial.
Mr Macron said, “Everything is being done to find the perpetrators of this crime so that justice can be done in the name of the French people.”
The prosecutor told the court that the convict was a serial thief.
The ruling was delivered on Monday by a court in Seoul.
