The Resident Electoral Commissioner (REC), Shehu Garki, said in Minna on Thursday that the PVCs are ready for collection across the 25 local government areas (LGAs) of the state.
Officials of the local government are confident that Mr Tinubu would defeat other presidential candidates to emerge as the president in the 2023 polls.
There’s a total restriction of non-personnel to INEC offices in the state, with political thugs warned to stay away.
The plaintiffs are seeking the courts leave to compel INEC to allow them and seven million others complete their voter registration.
“When elected, I will ensure that more money remains in the pockets of our citizens,” Umar Bago said.
“We will not allow retrogressive elements to sabotage our efforts.”
“Certainly, these people are not here for PVC. They are here to cause commotion unnecessarily in order to steal from people.”
“We are doing our best to get as many eligible registrants from such areas enrolled through the assistance of stakeholders who also transport their people to the centres.”
Ms Duku in her submission, said the electoral umpire agreed on all its resolutions, including the extension of voters registration.
The staff, a security guard with the electoral body, was arrested by the SSS for allegedly extorting eligible voters in the state.
