He there was still room for advancement in inclusivity in all three states to meet international standard of inclusivity.

He said JAMB was aware of candidates with special needs who may not favourably compete with candidates without special needs.
He added that there was also the problem of communication, particularly for the hearing and visually-impaired people in tertiary institutions.
PWDs are asking that measures be put in place for inclusive participation during the 2023 polls.
He also called for the inclusion of ramps and elevators, especially in public bindings to ease movement for the physically challenged.
