He also expressed strong confidence in Mr Tinubu’s ability to turn Nigeria’s misfortunes around.
The PDP lauded the unanimity, oneness of purpose and consensus among the ranks of leaders, critical stakeholders and teeming party members with Governor Seyi Makinde.
The state leadership of the party has since 2018 suffered critical internal crises that has cost it its chance at the gubernatorial election.
The party said the Rivers governor was driven by the PDP’s policies and programmes.

Mr Wike was firing back the national of the party Iyorchia Ayu, saying the latter’s arrogance means he is not interested in winning the 2023 general election.
Weeks ago, Mr Wike had described Mr Lamido as one of the “attack dogs” of the PDP presidential candidate.
