The speaker said President Bola Ahmed Tinubu was doing so much for the country and meant well for it.
Mr Tinubu noted that the crisis rendered governance impossible in Rivers State.
The governor had earlier written to the House on Thursday, requesting to present the state budget on March 19.

One important difference, though, is that the issues in Rivers State today hardly involve principle or the public interest.
Mr Goodboy stated that the bill would regulate the activities of real estate operators.
The commissioner nominees include Israel Ngbuelu, Evans Bipi, Otamiri Ngubo and Benebo Anabraba.
The PDP said by their defection, they had lost the right to call themselves Rivers lawmakers.
