Mr Ruto, in a live broadcast on Friday, nominated 11 names for ministerial roles in his government.
Mr Ruto’s call for a forum followed a recent three-week anti-government protest sparked by the contentious Finance Bill 2024, later withdrawn from the parliament.
It was reported on Tuesday that Mr Ruto’s ministers and Kenyan members of parliament received a pay rise effective July 1.
