Mr Onuigbo said the move was an indication that APC was not selective in the infrastructure development of the country.
Mr Onuigbo noted that Mr Tinubu demonstrated commitment to repositioning the South-East with the establishment of the South East Development Commission.
“The scars of the civil war remained with us in terms of infrastructure despoliation, social disconnection and economic tribulation,” he said.
Mr Onuigbo called for more support from the National Council on Climate Change.
He urged the people to jealously guard public infrastructure in their domain against vandalism.
The former legislator acknowledged efforts by previous leaders in the region but argued that none had surpassed Mr Tinubu’s achievements.
The Green Chamber on on February 26 inaugurated a six-member committee on the review of the 1999 Constitution.
He described Mr Tinubu as a man who believes in fostering unity and progress of the nation.
Mr Otti regretted that while almost all the states in the federation, including those created in 1996, had functional federal secretariats, Abia has yet to have its own.
“I used to lecture. I was a senior lecturer. So, I will go back to the lecture room.”
