The Calabar Division of the Court of Appeal had dismissed the appeal filed against Mr Otu by the PDP governorship candidate, Mr Onor.
The tribunal led by Justice Oken Inneh had reserved judgment following the adoption of written addresses by both parties on August 13.
The Cross River chapter of the Labour Party has constituted a reconciliation and disciplinary committee to resolve the internal disputes within its ranks.
