Bisi Fayemi, Ekiti’s first lady, on Thursday inaugurated more sexual assault referral centres (SARC) for victims of sexual assault.
At the time of filing this report, the case has been stood down for a a few minutes for sentencing of the convict.
Chief Magistrate admitted the minor to bail of N300,000 with two sureties in like sum. Mr Adekomiya ordered one of the sureties must be the minor’s father.
There have been allegations of two rapes, one attempted rape and three cases of forced kissing or groping.
The court held that some of the evidence used to secure the conviction of Mr Cosby had violated his due process rights.
