He charged the contractor to deliver the project in record time and specification.
Mr Oliver was arrested in Abuja on September 18, 2025.
Police authorities in Delta are yet to issue an official statement on the incident as of press time.
The presiding judge adjourned the hearing on his bail application to October 16.

Mr Oliver is expected to be arraigned before the Delta State High Court in Asaba in the coming days.
