Mr Moshood was sentenced to 14 years’ imprisonment by Justice Rahman Oshodi following his plea bargain agreement to attempted sexual assault by penetration.
Justice Abiola Soladoye held that the evidence of the respective prosecution witnesses was believable and truthful.s
The judge remanded Mr Mbaka in Kirikiri Prison custody, pending his bail application and commencement of trial.
Mr Daniel pleaded not guilty to the amended four-count charge bordering on rape, sexual assault and attempted rape.
The state counsel said Mr Olabisi sexually assaulted his victim by penetrating her vagina with a finger.
Soladoye said that the defendant was a dirty old man.
The trial judge described Mr Ekanem as a “sexual terrorist”.
“The testimony of the first survivor corroborates the evidence of the medical doctor.
I have considered the evidence of the security guard, an Okada man, one Yahya Ibrahim, the house help and a police Inspector.
The survivor gave vivid and gory account of her ordeal in the hands of the defendant,” stated the judge.
