The festival is scheduled for Abeokuta, Ogun State from May 16 to 30, 2025.
The governor reiterated his administration’s commitment to institutionalising policies and projects that would outlive his tenure.
He said the measure was aimed at boosting water supply and irrigation activities.
Mr Akande said that the scheme was aimed at providing access to healthcare for 10,000 public primary school pupils in the first instance.
Mr Ma’aji sought collaboration with the state to ensure the arrest and prosecution of fake number plate producers in the state.
The amount covered the payment of outstanding liabilities to 2,313 retirees in the state and local government services.
The deputy governor advised the chairman and members to work in furthering the cause of the institution.
He added that those currently operating at the site were doing so independently.
The deputy governor emphasised that a healthy population is central to building strong human capital for sustainable development.
