The aim is to strengthen the participants’ capacity to migrate to the new budgeting system, ‘programme-based budgeting’ in the state.
Katsina State is presently practising the incremental budgeting system.
The bill was an executive bill sent to the State House of Assembly by Governor Seyi Makinde.
Mr Ogazi assured of effective and quality representation at the state legislature.
The new commissioners are Mathew Imoru, Sunday Agbotoba and Iyabo Akpoebi.
The governor urged the new caretaker chairmen to protect the interests of their people.
“He wishes them the best in their roles as traditional rulers in their respective domains,” the statement said.
Mr Nwafor commended union leaders for their cooperation and said the strike would continue until the federal government yielded to their demands.
The speaker didn’t disclose the age range of the selected girls.
