Speaker of the assembly, Adewale Egbedun, disclosed this while reading the letter at the plenary on Tuesday in Osogbo.
Mr Kekemeke said the NWC resolved to petition the Attorney-General of the Federation on the issue.
The Saturday rerun election was conducted in accordance with the court order.
He also expressed optimism that the budget would impact positively on the lives of the people.
He said that the budget was about N96 billion higher than the N250 billion submitted to the state House of Assembly.Â
The assembly had jerked up the bill by over 10 billion naira.
He commended the speaker and members of the assembly for their support and cooperation in the interest of the state.
He called for strict closure of all revenue leakages in the state.
Mr Okocha said no evidence to show that Mr Martins Amaewhule, was removed as speaker.
“Governor Radda and some few members of his entourage  joined the combined team of security personnel.’’
