Mr Lifu held that the application filed by the applicant, Mr Lamido, was meritorious and accordingly succeeded.
The PDP said it had not violated any of the provisions of its constitution and guidelines or violated any aspirant’s right.
The former governor condemned what he described as impunity in the opposition party.
