The Minister of Youth Development, Jamila Ibrahim, has appealed to youths to reconsider their plan to embark on a 10-day protest from August 1.

Mr Asefon added his pen to the pool of donated pens and said sexual harassment in the education system must stop through collaborations.
The students chanted solidarity songs and displayed placards with inscriptions, including ‘End ASUU Strike’, ‘Save our future’, and ‘Stop Toying with our Future’,
“We will make concerted and sustained efforts to bring back ASUU and the federal government to the negotiating table.”
The demonstration which was held at Unity Fountain, Abuja was led by NANS president, Sunday Asefon.
NANS is declaring February 28, as a national action day against ASUU incessant strike action.
While Sunday Asefon was busy mouthing government’s position, students and staffs of Kaduna Polytechnic were being kidnapped.
