A total of 28 players are now at the Super Eagles’ camp in Ikenne, Ogun, as the team continues to intensify preparations for the tournament.
“It is a great feeling to represent Nigeria, such a big country, and like I said before, it is to connect with my Nigerian roots from my father’s side,” said the player.

The Super Eagles will travel to Ghana for the first leg of the World Cup playoff scheduled for March 25.
