Adegoke was killed between November 5, 2021 and November 7, 2021, while he lodged at Hilton hotel in Ile-Ife, owned by Adedoyin.
Mr Falana, urged the court to affirm the judgement of the lower court.
Ms Adesola Adedeji had fabricated another receipt as directed by her employer (Rahman Adedoyin) to conceal any traces of the deceased death from the police.

The presiding judge overruled a bail application by the defence counsel and ordered that the defendants be remanded at the Ilesa Correctional Centre.
Counsel to the deceased family, Femi Falana, requested the transfer of the case to Osun state were the crime was committed.
“He also confessed that he (Roheem) organised the corpse to be thrown into a bush. The MD along with two managers took the corpse to the bush.”
