The police said that suspect confessed to being a member of the proscribed Indigenous People of Biafra.

He said the suspect, who lived with the deceased, attempted to take his own life after committing the crime.
In a statement on Friday, Tochukwu Ikenga, the command’s spokesman, confirmed their arrests and detention.
