Mr Tellang alleged that the defendant stole N4 million and 600 litres of diesel valued at N600,000, belonging to the petrol station.
Officers stopped a white bus with registration number XA 551 IRG, which led to the discovery of suspected human flesh on one occupant identified as Alfa Basiru.
He, however, noted that the ministry was working with the Lagos State government, all traffic management and security agencies to minimise the discomfort of motorists.
