The order bans commercial motorcyclists from operating between 10:30 p.m. and 5:30 a.m.
The general manager of LASTMA, Olalekan Bakare-Oki, disclosed this in Lagos.
He noted that the mobile court was part of efforts to enforce road discipline.
The Federal Road Safety Corps has secured the conviction of 31 traffic offenders during its sallah special patrol mobile court on Sunday.
Mr Umar said the ban was necessitated by the absence of a central union for scrap dealers and reports of illegal and unwholesome activities linked to the business.
The FRSC official said that out of the 32 victims, 27 were males, four were females, and one was a minor.
Mr Osiyemi said traffic management personnel would be deployed to the affected area to reduce inconvenience and manage vehicular movement during the repair works.
Mr Mohammed appreciated both FRSC personnel and customers for their cooperation and commitment.
The council also approved N10.4 billion for constructing 77-kilometre roads in Kwami Funakaye, Nafada and Yamaltu-Deba local government areas.
Ms Kesha advised motorists to use alternative routes.
