YALI has demonstrated how providing skill sets to individuals can change lives and address challenges in communities and countries across the African continent.
Mr Biden made the demand in a meeting with leaders of six African countries slated to have elections in 2023.
Tony Elumelu, chairman of Heirs Holdings, says Africa suffers the most trade discrimination and calls on its leaders to address the issue.

The summit will be held between December 13-15, 2022, in Washington DC.
