Ms Garba said that more than 10,000 classrooms had recently been constructed nationwide under UBEC interventions.
FCT SUBEB says the Model Smart School in Karshi, Abuja, is using technology-driven teaching to improve learning outcomes.
Mr Makinde said that Oyo State benefitted from the BESDA-AF intervention programme.
Ms Garba said the project marked a milestone in ongoing efforts to reposition basic education in the country.

The projects include building new classrooms, renovating old ones, and supplying desks and chairs to schools.
Ms Garba said the increase reflects the commission’s determination to match policy with tangible resource backing.

The governor commended UBEC’s support in developing basic education in the state and acknowledged key achievements through the partnership.
