The commissioner emphasised that the government’s plan was to raise globally competitive students in all fields.
Justice Inyang Ekwo, in a judgment, also directed Mr Bello to tender a public apology to Mr Ajaka “for the gross and unwarranted violation” of his rights.
Mr Dele called on security agencies to rise to the occasion to maintain the existing peace in the state.
Suspected gunmen on Friday attacked the residence of INEC’s resident electoral commissioner, Hale Longpet, in Lokoja, an official said.
The police commissioner in Kogi made the plea after some party supporters protested at the INEC office on Wednesday.
“They call themselves leaders but mislead the people. You all are idiots because I’m smarter than all of you,” he added.
“This is as the election was adjudged free and fair, even by the teeming Kogi electorate.”
The SDP candidate also expressed doubt in the judiciary, saying he will not go to court to challenge the election outcome.
Mr Fanwo described the outcome of the election in Kogi as a “resounding victory” that would be difficult for anyone to upturn in the courts.
He advised the governor-elect in Kogi State, Usman Ododo, to demonstrate love for the people with all his heart.
