TAMPAN president Bolaji Amusan bags degree from NOUN

The president of the Theatre Arts and Motion Pictures Practitioners Association of Nigeria (TAMPAN), Bolaji Amusan, has earned a degree in Bachelor of Science for Peace and Conflict Resolution from the National Open University of Nigeria (NOUN).
Mr Amusan shared the achievement on Saturday via his Facebook page, posting photos of himself in a graduation gown and a banner with the university’s name.
“I am proud to be conferred with a BSc in Peace & Conflict Resolution,” he wrote.
In another photo showing him alongside people who appeared to be colleagues, he added, “Done today and dusted—another milestone sealed with grace and gratitude.”
Mr Amusan, often called “Mr Latin,” is a prominent figure in the Yoruba movie industry and currently serves as the national president of TAMPAN.
He began his acting career in 1988 and gained prominence for his comedic roles in Yoruba-language films where he often portrayed funny characters.
As president of the TAMPAN, he has pushed for the creation of specialised guilds for directors, producers and other practitioners, as well as the launch of the TAMPAN Academy to nurture emerging talent.
