A teenager, Dominion Jonathan, was on Wednesday arraigned before an Ojo Magistrates’ Court, Lagos, over alleged stealing of building materials valued at N482,000.
Jonathan, 19, whose address was not given, is being charged with stealing, to which he pleaded not guilty.
The Prosecutor, ASP Simon Uche, told the court that the defendant committed the offence on April 30, at Shaibu St., in the Cele area of Ojo.
